The resurrection: Hope for our young people during stressful situations

Reboot is a project of OCCA (The Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics). It aims help young people and leaders wrestle with some of the most challenging topics of our times from a Biblical perspective. The Reboot Roundtable is a quarterly training event for youth leaders, pastors and parents to help them answer the big questions that teens are asking.

Easter is coming, but for many young people, it feels more stressful than hopeful—exam pressure, anxiety, and a variety of challenges they’re struggling to navigate. At the same time, they’re searching for something real to hold onto.

As youth leaders how can we help them see that the resurrection isn’t just a history lesson but a game-changing, hope-giving truth that speaks directly into their struggles?

The session will explore:

• Why Easter is good news for stressed-out youth
• How Jesus’ resurrection brings real hope in the middle of anxiety
• Practical ways to support young people through difficult seasons
